Can I reserve a meeting room at the show?
ICUEE has allocated a limited number of meeting rooms at the Kentucky Exposition Center for meetings, offices, storage, hospitality or entertainment. If you intend to use the space for training or education, the content of your program must be reviewed and approved by Show Management. All rules and regulations for the utilization of meeting space shall be determined by Show Management. Requests for reserved space should be submitted via a meeting/function space reservation form.

Will there be shuttle bus service to the show?
Yes, shuttles run on established routes between selected official ICUEE hotels and the Kentucky Exposition Center during the following days and hours:

Is there parking available at the Kentucky Exposition Center?
Yes, there are over 19,000 parking spaces at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Exhibitors will be directed to park in Lot J. A limited amount of parking passes are available to exhibitors and can be picked up at the Show Management Office in South Wing B101.

Where can I check my coat/bags? 
A coat and luggage check is available during show hours in the South Wing Lobby B.  

Where is First Aid located? 
First aid is available near the South Wing Lobby B.

Where is the lost and found?
Lost articles may be claimed or turned in at the Show Management Offices in South Wing B101 or West in W2.  Items left on shuttle buses can be found at the Shuttle Supervisor desk in Lobby B.

Who do I call in the event of an emergency?
Please contact the Kentucky Exposition Center Security office at (502) 367-5132 and then contact Show Management at (414) 274-0660. Please call 911 if it is urgent. Please contact show management or someone with the building after calling 911. 

Is there a press room to drop off my company press kit?
Yes, the press room is located in room E3.

Is there a Mobile App available?
Download the 2017 ICUEE app and gain access to all things show related! Organize and schedule information, navigate the exhibits using the interactive maps and look up and schedule education sessions. Search “ICUEE ” in your app store to download.

Badge Registration

Web Registration 
Web registration will remain open on the show website through October 1, 2017. Visit www.icuee.com to register online & print your confirmation. Bring your confirmation to the Badge Pick-Up counter onsite to have your badge and tickets printed. Badges will not be mailed in advance.

Onsite Registration
Registration will be located in the North Lobby. Individuals not registered in advance must complete the required onsite registration form and submit payment at the registration counter to receive a badge. Exhibitors receive a complimentary badge allotment based on exhibit space size:

Where do I get my badge?

Badges will not be mailed in advance. You can pick up your badge at the airport or onsite at a registration area. If you registered in advance, present the barcode in your confirmation letter at the badge pick-up counters.   If you have not registered or need to make changes, please visit a Full Service Registration Desk.

Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or government issued photo ID) required. You are allowed to pick-up multiple badges within your group by providing their confirmation letters.

How do I get access to the exhibit hall for setup/teardown crew that will not be working my booth during the show?
Exhibitors can receive complimentary work passes for company personnel to access the exhibit hall during official dates of installation and dismantling. Work pass buttons will be distributed onsite at the show to all registered EAC’s in the Show Management Office in South Wing B101 and will only allow access during official installation and dismantling hours. Visit www.e2ma.org to register your EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor). Exhibitor badges allow 24 hour access to the show floor.

How can I register guests to the show?
You can visit the attendee registration site to register any non-exhibit staff that want to attend. 

Can children and spouses attend?
Yes, your children and/or spouse can attend the show. The cost for adults 18 and over is $39 by August 25, $49 after August 25 and $79 if registering onsite. Registration for children under 18 years old is complimentary. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Identification showing proof of age may be required.

What if I misplace my badge? 

To get a replacement badge you must pay the same fee originally paid when you registered.

Yes, you can make a reservation online through the Hotel Information page. 

Where do I find a list of the show hotels, availability and rates?

How do I get a room block at a hotel for my group?
If you need 10 or more rooms, you can request a room block by contacting Experient at (800) 424-5249 or ICUEE-exh@experient-inc.com.

What if I need to cancel my room(s) after I’ve booked them?
The cancellation deadlines vary by hotel. Your reservation confirmation will note the specific policy for your reservation.

Who can I contact with additional questions about hotel reservations?
Please direct all questions to Experient, ICUEE’s Official Housing Vendor, at 800-424-5249.

Are there alternate options once the hotels start filling up? 
 Please check the Exhibitor Hotel Page on the show website to see some alternate suggestions if you are having difficulty with room availability. Note that the optional properties are not official partners with ICUEE and the show has no control on rates or policies.

My Exhibit

I am thinking about exhibiting at this year’s show, so what should I do first? 
 Look at the Exhibitor Prospectus to help determine if the ICUEE show is a fit for your company. If it is a fit, fill out the online request for exhibit space information and one of our exhibit sales specialists will contact you to discuss and send you a space application.

Who do I contact to order carpeting, furniture, electricity, lead retrieval or other services for my booth?

How do access FERN’s Online Store?

What are the dismantling hours?

Where can I unload my U-Haul Truck, box van, SUV, trailer, etc.? 
Check in at the main marshalling yard located in parking lot H. A single trailer, adjustable height, loading dock will be available daily on a first come, first served basis in each outdoor exhibit area N, L & K. There is no charge to utilize the docks as long as assistance is not required. Should assistance, i.e. forklifts or personnel, be required, arrangements can be made with KEC in advance and onsite. ICUEE recommends that when possible, exhibitors should utilize self-loading and unloading trailers as they can be driven directly to the booth space for loading and unloading, thus avoiding a wait for dock access.

How can I update my company information and add product categories for the online directory?
You can update your Exhibitor Listing at any time by logging into your Exhibitor Dashboard.  Every exhibitor receives a username and password from service@mapyourshow.com with login information for your company. If you cannot locate the email, use the “Forgot ID or Password” option to resend your password, call Map Your Show at (888) 527-8823 or contact Exhibitor Customer Service at (800) 867-6060.

How do I register my Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)?
You will need to register your EAC with both Fern and Show Management. Follow the instructions in the Exhibitor Service Manual.  Deadline for EACs to be registered is August 11, 2017.

What if I need to cancel my booth space?
Any notice of cancellation of exhibit space by an exhibitor must be made in writing to Exposition Management. This cancellation policy does not depend upon whether the exhibit space is re-sold or re-assigned.

  • At no time will the deposit (50% of space cost) be refunded to an exhibitor canceling space.
  • Any company that paid in full and cancels exhibit space before May 1, 2017 automatically loses the initial 50% deposit. The remaining balance paid to ICUEE will be refunded. 
  • Any company that cancels exhibit space on or after May 1, 2017 will not receive any refund due to the late date in which Exposition Management was informed of the cancellation. 
Where is the Show Management office located?
Show management offices are located in South Wing Room B101 and in West Hall W2. They are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm throughout the installation, show and dismantling periods.  The office will be fully staffed and open to exhibitors and attendees.

Where is the exhibitor service desk located?
We have two Exhibitor Service Centers – one located in East Hall E1 for indoor exhibitors and one in West Hall for outside exhibitors. East Hall will be open Saturday, September 30th until Thursday, October 5th and in West Hall Friday, September 29th until Thursday, October 5th. Hours for both areas are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Vendors in East Hall will include: Fern, lead retrieval, KEC Freight/electrical/utilities, Smart City, PRG, cleaning, international freight, and floral.

Vendors in West Hall will include: Fern, lead retrieval, KEC freight/electrical/utilities and sign up forms for cleaning and floral.

I ordered a lead retrieval device. Where do I pick that up?

You can pick up your lead retrieval devices at the service desk, located in E1 and West Hall.

Where do I pick up my service vehicle pass?
You can pick your pass up in show office W2.
